Grestec Tiles are exhibiting at the May Design Series 2014 at London’s Excel centre on 18th-20th May.

At the show Grestec Tiles will be launching some of their new & innovative tile collection for 2014 so you can view them first hand on stand I19.

XXL – A new technology
Varied and versatile in order to offer the most compositional possibilities to the design, XXL is studied to expand the intended use of the contemporary porcelain tiles: just 6 mm of thickness make it ideal for walls and floors and also for high-traffic areas such as shopping malls and busy areas.

XXL opens new dimensions for contemporary architecture because it combines low thicknesses with large formats, guaranteeing high technical performances, a lower load on the floors, and an aesthetic quality never seen before. The tiles, which can be laid with a minimum joint, enhance the rooms with unique effects of visual continuity.

New for 2014, Amiens
On stand I19 you will also find Grestec’s new and innovative range, Amiens. The Amiens collection is a revival of a traditional tile from the ancient Mediterranean and Middle East. The look that this form creates moves the visual effect away from that created by conventional shaped tiles and presents an imaginative, playful finish that gives the feeling of movement to any space. The Amiens collection balances the shapes origin in history with a mixture of contemporary and classic colours which makes the finished result modern yet tradition.
