100% Design occupies a special place in the heart of the UK’s design industry. First staged in 1995 within a tent off the Kings Road, the show has gone on to be the benchmark event for the promotion of design product and activity in London. Through different editions 100% Design has continued to excel, easily outsizing any other design event in the UK.
On stand E151 Grestec Tiles will be presenting many of their new and innovative ranges including Modelli, XXL Mega Micro, Tonality, Mitrewood and Cumbria Stone.
Modelli is a treat for the senses, 3D and inspiring. It’s a fashionable collection with a new take on an old look. The retro range is available in the traditional 120×180 mm size in an extensive range of colours: almond, dark grey, grey, champagne, aquamarine, yellow, brown, dove grey, purple, and white. The bevelled edge tile is available in both matt and gloss finishes and in a patchwork of 9 surface textures mixed randomly in a box. Modelli creates a simple yet sophisticated atmosphere for all interiors
XXL Mega Micro
Varied and versatile in order to offer the most compositional possibilities to the design, XXL Mega Micro is studied to expand the intended use of the contemporary porcelain tiles: just 6 mm of thickness make it ideal for walls and floors and also for high-traffic areas such as shopping malls and busy areas.
XXL opens new dimensions for contemporary architecture because it combines low thicknesses with large formats, guaranteeing high technical performances, a lower load on the floors, and an aesthetic quality never seen before.
Tonality links together art and architecture through the study of colours. It replicates both the feel and appearance of limestone with the strength of a full bodied porcelain tile, making each pieces of the range unique to give both warmth and character to any situation.
Grestec Tiles is evolving the family of XXL technology, by proposing the collection of Basaltine. Fine plates of 6mm thickness evoke the brutality and elegance of effusive rocks of volcanic origin, with a variety of movement and layers difficult to find in the extraction of rocks.
